Designer note Not-Sent forms offer Send and Delete only (editing a not-yet-sent form isn't supported yet — agent deletes and recreates instead). Send opens an inline confirmation right on the row, since sending is the portal's job — form creation itself never sends anything, it only adds a Not Sent form here. Any fields assigned to the agent were already filled in during creation, before the form reached this list. Sent / Partially Signed forms can be viewed or downloaded mid-signing, not just once complete. "Send All" does the same thing in bulk for every Not Sent form currently on the portal, and hides itself when there's nothing left to send.
